With over 20 years in the house building industry, backed with 6 years as an NHBC building inspector, 4 years as a Build Quality Manager for a major house builder, we have a wealth of knowledge and experience in all stages of the lifecycle of housebuilding, from foundations through to the finished product, we are members of the RPSA, MACQP, and have multiple industry qualifications. NHQB Pre-Completion PCI Inspections
From 2025 we have been offering pre-completion (PCI) snagging inspections in-line with the New Homes Quality Code (NHQC) from the New Homes Quality Board (NHQB). The framework created by the NHQB sets standards for housing developers to work to. From its introduction home buyers will be able to arrange post-completion home inspections.
The NHQB does not allow Thermal Inspections to be included in PCI Inspections.
